A certain Ankesh Srivastava had shared his positive experience with the Skoda Kushaq on Facebook. He mentions that he received a “Safe CP” error on the instrument cluster of his mid-size SUV. The images show other symbols as well. He contacted the aftersales service support immediately and received great cooperation from there. The service staff performed a software update and the issue was resolved. Digging a bit on the internet, “Safe CP” is a term used by the Volkswagen Group that refers to Component Protection that takes into account the health of components. This is generally resolved via a software update.

The Skoda Kushaq has been on sale in two engine variants – 1.0-litre TSI and 1.5-litre TSI EVO.
