As you can see in the video above, the Ferrari F430 Spider (Convertible) Replica is based on an old Hyundai Accent (20009 model). It sports the classic Red finish with Black alloy wheels. The shape and design of most elements (grilles, lights, rear panel, etc) have been meticulously replicated. You can even see the Ferrari logo everywhere. However, the highlight of the car is the successful implementation of convertible technology. The beautiful modification job pays homage to the Italian designers. While it still lacks the finish and aesthetics of the original Italian model, you can get this version at just Rs 10 lakh. The Ferrari F430 was available at Rs 1.75 Cr in New Delhi (ex-showroom).
The Ferrari F430 was designed by Pininfarina in collaboration with Frank Stephenson (Director, Ferrari-Maserati Concept Design and Development). It succeeded the F430 and improved its aerodynamic efficiency. The sports car featured an Alcoa Aluminium chassis alongside Enzo’s tail lights and engine cover vents. The overall design also included elements from the Ferrari racing models from the 60s.

Inside, the Ferrari F430 is powered by a 4,308 cc (4.3 L) V8 engine of the “Ferrari-Maserati” F136 family that offers 490 PS and 465 Nm of torque. Additionally, it included the 4-valve cylinder head, valves, and intake trumpets from Formula 1 engines. The super fast car can reach a top speed in excess of 315 km/h (196 mph). It can go from 0 to 97 km/h (60 mph) in 3.6 seconds.

Hyundai has also been discontinued selling the Accent in the Indian market. It was first launched in India in 1999 and saw minor changes as the years went by. The company introduced the GTX (1999-2002), Viva (2002-2004), CRDi (2002-2004), GLS (2004-2005), GLE (2006-2011), and Executive (Launched in 2011) models. The latest variant of Hyundai Accent was powered by a 1.5 liter, 94 BHP, petrol engine. The safety feature on the car included a collapsible steering column.
