Land Cruiser is one of the most popular vehicles from the company. The SUV does everything well. It offers one of the best on-road performances in its segment. The powerful vehicle can comfortably cruise through rough terrain as well as the local city roads. Toyota has been routinely updating the SUV with cosmetic updates and more features. Still, car enthusiasts keep creating new iterations of the popular vehicle. Now, automobile designer ‘Auto Levels’ have modified the Land Cruiser 2001 to 2021 Limgene. Let us check out the details!
As you can see in the above-mentioned YouTube video, the modified Land Cruiser 2001 looks stunning in a glossy-Black finish. The bulky build is further enhanced by the Silver front grille and Lexus alloy wheels. The new front fascia features a Limgene Pilot Edition body kit with stylish headlights (seen on Lexus) and an additional fender mirror. The side profile has been increased by 8-9 inches. The rear panel also sports Limgene Pilot Edition body kit with animated tail lights and two spoilers. The 4.2 diesel engine has been changed to a 4.7 Petrol engine. The dashboard has been upgraded to the 2007 version. Overall, the conversion offers the latest SUV features without spending a huge chunk on purchasing a new model. Additional upgrades include 2016 version door handles, exhaust system, zig-zag gear, leather-coated trim, electronically adjustable seats, and more.
The Toyota Land Cruiser 2001 is powered by a 4.7-liter V8 that offers 230 horsepower and 320 foot-pounds of torque. Thanks to a long wheelbase and nicely balanced steering, the heavy vehicle can easily tackle the hardest terrain. The Vehicle Skid Control and Active Trac system applies brakes to spinning wheels and transfers torque to the wheels with the most traction. Additional features include standard ABS, a navigation system, an easy step-in height, heated/ power-adjustable front seats, an electrochromic rearview mirror, power windows, automatic climate control, switchgear, a maximum cargo capacity of 97.5 cubic feet, and alloy wheels with a new chrome-like finish.
The Toyota Land Cruiser 2021 Limgene is essentially a sixth-gen Land Cruiser. It is powered by twin-turbo V6 engines – a 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 petrol that offers 415PS and 650Nm/ a 3.3-liter twin-turbo V6 diesel that outputs 309PS 700Nm. Both engines can be paired with a 10-speed AT gearbox. For safety, the SUV has the Toyota Safety Sense active safety package with a pre-collision system. It also comes with multiple airbags, vehicle stability control, traction control, and multi-terrain ABS with EBD. Additional features include a free-floating touchscreen infotainment system, steering-mounted controls, and power-adjustable front seats.
