In a weirdly hilarious post shared on Facebook, a Kushaq owner receives the SUV after the service only to find out that the Wireless Charging was not working. This is quite surprising that a feature of the mid-size SUV doesn’t function direct out of the service centre and the officials don’t bother to check it before handing over the car to the owner. Skoda has been struggling with the EPC issue for a long time now and the customers are getting annoyed. After spending close to Rs 20 lakh in some cases, the SUV stalls in the middle of the road with an EPC error symbol and had to be towed away to the service centre. There has still been no concrete solution to this problem from the Czech carmaker. Now, such service experiences will further deter potential customers from going for the Kushaq.

Wireless Charging Not Working After Kushaq Service
Shubham Kasera posted this on the Skoda Kushaq Club India page on Facebook on behalf of his brother. He mentions that he had given the car to the service workshop to get a few issues fixed. The electrical malfunctioning of the components was fixed thoroughly and the noise cabin was also contained. However, after driving the SUV for just about 5 km, another noise from the sunroof was audible. This is quite shocking to have so many types of cabin noises from a brand new car. Skoda portrays itself as a premium carmaker and this can be seen in the prices of its products in comparison to the rivals as well. To have such basic issues is just not acceptable. The Kushaq owner is in touch with Zac Hollis and the team to get this resolved as quickly as possible.
