The MG Astor has been launched in Indonesia in its original form. By original form, we mean that the updated ZS EV form was already on sale in the international market. MG Astor Launched In Indonesia
Almost all the elements of the MG Astor, that was launched in Indonesia, remain the same for the Indian version as well. This means that the front end will feature sleek LED headlamps with integrated LED DRLs, a massive and unique front grille will chrome bits, sporty bumper with fog lamps. The sides feature stylish alloy wheels with sober creases and roof rails to give the side profile a sophisticated appearance. The rear house the split LED taillamps with roof-integrated spoiler, stylish bits on the bumper and much more. The Astor is a handsome SUV with modern traits and bling to give it a strong road presence.

The Astor brings a unique proposition to the table with its first-in-segment Level 2 ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) features. Specs
The MG Astor comes with the option of either a 1.3-litre turbo petrol engine making 140 PS and 220 Nm or a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine making 110 PS and 144 Nm of peak power and torque respectively. The turbo petrol comes with a sole 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox while the regular petrol comes with either a 5-speed manual or an 8-speed CVT gearbox. The prices of the Astor are expected to be in the region of Rs 10 lakh and Rs 17 lakh, ex-showroom. The India launch will follow the Indonesia launch of the MG Astor around the festive season of 2021.
