The Indian automobile market, as a whole, has seen astronomical growth in sales of automatic gearbox options. This has become the convenience factor that everyone, at the moment, seems to want in this day and age. Automatic transmission can be a boon in the growing traffic conditions of our cities. The hassle-free operation of gearshifts is exactly what people are looking for to counter such scenarios. In the automatic transmission options, CVT is supposedly the one with the smoothest and the most fuel-efficient. All the other options can be either fuel-efficient (like the AMT) at the cost of refinement or sporty (like DCT) at the cost of fuel efficiency. Therefore, a CVT is an ideal balance between the two and the operation is quite jerk-free. We have prepared the list of vehicles under Rs 10 lakh with CVT transmissions.
