Tata is offering the Tiago limited edition in three colours – Flame Red, Pearlescent White & Daytona Grey. This, along with the new 14-inch black alloy wheels, will help differentiate the limited edition variant from the regular Tiago variants. The visual changes do give Tiago a distinct charm and also keep the product fresh. Not to mention, the Tiago boasts of an impressive 4-star safety rating from the Global NCAP, which is becoming increasingly important for the customers these days. Tata holds a reputation for manufacturing 4 and 5-star rated products and that has improved its image tremendously.
All these factors made sure that Tata’s sales report marked an impressive 84% growth in the month of December compared to the same month the year before. Tata has captured the electric vehicle market with its Nexon EV as well. Tata had launched the all-new Safari which has been grabbing people’s attention everywhere. Limited Edition Tata Tiago – Engine, Prices and Rivals
The Tata Tiago limited edition comes with the same engine-transmission combination as the regular Tiago. This means that it has a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol unit which makes 86hp and 113Nm. This engine is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. The AMT versions are offered with the higher variants of the Tiago. As mentioned in the title, the limited edition Tata Tiago is priced at Rs 5.79 lakh, ex-showroom, which sits below the XZ trim. The rivals of the Tiago include the likes of Hyundai Santro and Maruti Suzuki Celerio.
