Valentino Motor Company, Royal Enfield’s sole distributor in Italy, has launched the Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650 in a stunning limited edition series. The catch is that its only available in Italy.
Just like most other Royal Enfield motorcycles, the 650 twins are extremely mod friendly. But what we have here for you today isn’t just any modified 650 twin but very special ones indeed. In Italy, a company called the Valentini Motor Company has been the sole distributor for Royal Enfield motorcycles for the last five years. To celebrate its anniversary, Valentino Motor Company has launched the Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650 in a limited edition series in Italy and it has got us drooling. We wish something similar for ourselves in our home market too.
The company has launched 10 limited versions of the 650 twins, of which 6 are of the Interceptor 650s. Each limited version will be restricted to just five units and will bear the company logo and the number of the series. So that’s 50 odd special edition 650 twins. These limited edition motorcycles essentially come with a matte black treatment for the chrome parts but cooler aspect about these motorcycles are their paint jobs. The combinations are simply stunning.
The Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650 come with a lot of chrome, but tastefully so. In this limited edition series, all the chrome parts have been blacked out and now, there’s a beautiful sinister look to these motorcycles. That includes everything from engine casing to the exhausts, handlebar, levers, and headlight that have been given the matte black treatment. As for the color schemes, the Interceptor 650 is available in : matte black; matte bronze and black; matte military green and black; matte grey and black; matte green and black.

The standard Interceptor 650 starts at EUR 6,300 (Rs 5.48 lakh), while the Continental GT starts from EUR 6500 (Rs 5.65 lakh). If you further opt for the suspension upgrade and Zard exhaust, that an additional EUR 1,600. Add up all this and it becomes a little too expensive at almost EUR 10,050 (Rs 8.75 lakh). While it may not be worth it, its sure a looker.
