7 Features Of Kia Sonet That Will Not Come On Tata Nexon Facelift
1. Internet Car Technology With Remote Operation
Kia UVO Connect technology will also come on the Sonet which will offer a lot of remote operation features. With your mobile, you will be able to switch on/off the engine, AC and even the headlamps. This particular feature is seen on the Nexon EV but on the regular one.
2. Clutchless Manual a.k.a iMT Gearbox
Sonet will get a clutchless manual gearbox which is an India-first feature. Hyundai and Kia both were working on this and as of now, Venue gets this particular transmission option. The iMT gearbox is handy for those who want the manual gear shifting experience without exercising their left leg.
3. Six Airbags
No doubt, Tata Nexon is among the top three safest cars of India, it still gets dual front airbags as standard. If there would have been curtain and side airbags, the safety rating would have been even better. As for Sonet, its top-end variants will come with six airbags which is not something that’s often seen on a 10 Lakh car.
4. Wireless Charging
The top-end trims of Sonet will offer wireless charging as standard fitment. This is know that important feature but definitely handy for those who do not carry a USB wire along with them.
5. Automatic Air Purifier
The last one but due to the current conditions, the most important one. Sonet will get an automatic smart air purifier installed in the top-end variants. In this segment, only Venue is the one to offer this feature but even this does not get an automatic one.
6. Ventilated Seats
The top-end variants of Sonet come with Ventilated Seats, which is a very handy feature. In countries like India, where you are drenched in sweat all the time, ventilated seats will take care of that in under a minute or so.
7. Front Parking Sensors
Front parking sensors are not a segment-first feature as Mahindra XUV300 also offers one. However, this particular feature is very handy if present in a car. The top-end GT Line trim only gets front sensors with rear parking sensors and a camera.
