MG Motor has now confirmed that it will showcase 14 new models at the upcoming 2020 Auto Expo, which will include new SUVs, sedans, hatchback and its future technology.
Auto Expo is just around the corner and automotive brands have started disclosing their plans for the event. As for MG Motor, it will showcase 14 new models at the 2020 Auto Expo. That includes a lot of different cars and other things as well.
MG has not disclosed the full details of the cars that will come up at the 2020 Auto Expo. However, we know a couple of them which already been spotted testing. We might see a couple of them being launched at the event as well.
First, we might see the MG Hector 6/7-seater in the production-ready form. It has been spotted a couple of times already. The SUV will be slightly longer than the Hector and will also get minor styling tweaks to differentiate itself.

MG is also planning to bring up the ZS SUV to India, which is basically the ICE-powered version of the recently launched ZS EV. According to a leaked document, the SUV is already being tested in India with a 1.0 Litre turbo-petrol engine and a 1.5 Litre mild-hybrid engine. The ZS will rival the likes of Kia Seltos and Hyundai Creta.
In the big SUV space, MG is also bringing the Maxus D90 to India this year. It is a full-size SUV which will cost an upwards of Rs 25 Lakhs. The MG SUV will go against the likes of Toyota Fortuner, Mahindra Alturas G4, Ford Endeavour and Honda CR-V.
Other than that, MG might also showcase some hatchbacks, sedans and other SUVs in India. Like, it has the MG 5 in the European markets, which in India, will go against Verna, Ciaz, Honda City and such. It also has another popular hatchback by the name of MG 3, which in India, will rival Hyundai i20, Honda Jazz, Maruti Baleno and such.

A big showcase from MG will be the Vision I-Concept MPV. In the Chinese market, the same car was showcased in the EV and autonomous cars space. The MG Vision I could be bought to India as an EV in future. Further, MG will also reveal its next-gen technology and mostly the new version of its i-Smart connected car technology.
