In this latest instance, we are able to experience a 9-year-old Toyota Innova which has completely been restored using an Alphard kit. Innova is a workhorse from the Japanese carmaker. People have been owning it for decades. In fact, you will find many owners who have completed more than 5 lakh km in the Innova. These could be the commercial fleet operators, as well as private buyers. However, some people love their old Innova so much that they don’t wish to let go of it. This is a prime case in point. Firstly, the entire vehicle has been dismantled from the outside for a thorough paintjob. Thereafter, the car shop mechanics installed the Alphard kit which includes a totally new bumper with a chrome grille, new headlamps, and new fog lamps with chrome embellishments and housings. On the sides, the car shop has used new alloy wheels which are 16 inches in diameter in comparison to 15 inches in the regular model. In fact, they have used the same paint as the Mercedes Maybach.
Completing the exterior, we see a few new elements at the rear as well. This includes a new LED waterfall taillamp and the part of the Alphard kit which enhances the premium quotient of the MPV. Apart from that, even the interior has been transformed. This is due to composite leather in a light colour theme, ambient lighting, GR-themed steering wheel and much more. In all honesty, you can’t tell by looking at the final product what the donor model was. That is a testament to the work done by the professionals.

I have been reporting about such interesting cases for a long time now. I must mention here that most car modifications are illegal in our country.
