Redesigned Exterior
The first aspect that is common with every facelift is the exterior styling. That is the first thing that customers notice with the new versions of vehicles. This time around, the Korean giant has not offered a comprehensive overhaul to the styling. Instead, there are minor modifications to the Parametric Grille design, the LED headlamps, bumper and alloy wheels. At the rear, these minor alterations continue. This ensures that the onlookers will distinguish it from the outgoing model.

Enhanced Interior
On the inside, the Tucson has always been an impressive SUV. Its layout oozes opulence. That feeling of sitting in a premium vehicle still remains with the new model. The flagship SUV from Hyundai in India will now feature the latest steering wheel design with control buttons and tons of exciting new features.
Updated Dual Display Screens
All modern cars offer digital estate for the convenience of the passengers and the Tucson is no different. On this occasion, the Tucson will feature two 12.3-inch screens – one for the infotainment and one for the driver’s instrument cluster. The former will have tons of tech and connectivity features for the owners. On the other hand, the latter will display all sorts of information to the driver.

New-Age Amenities
The cabin continues to be impressive and opulent. The main highlight, in addition to the displays, is the gear selector mounted on the steering column. It liberates acres of space in the centre console which is used for storage. That makes the entire layout quite compact and luxurious. In addition, there are all sorts of ADAS and comfort features to ensure that the passengers are pampered.

Engine Options
Although there are no announcements regarding the powertrain options from Hyundai, we reckon it will continue with the same engines. These include the 2.0-litre petrol engine which generates 156 PS and 192 Nm and the 2.0-litre diesel engine which churns out 186 PS and 416 Nm of peak power and torque. The former has a 6-speed automatic, while the latter comes with an 8-speed automatic transmission. The diesel engine also has a HTRAC all-wheel-drive configuration to take it on occasional off-roading adventures. More details will emerge closer to the launch.
