5 New Things In The New Maruti Ertiga
Powertrain
The new Maruti Ertiga comes with the next-gen K-Series 1.5-litre petrol engine with progressive smart hybrid technology. This new powertrain provides better levels of NVH (Noise, Vibration and Harshness) compared to the previous model. Also, the new Ertiga emits lesser emissions as a result of this powertrain.
All-new Transmission with Paddle Shifters
While the 5-speed manual transmission is carried over from the existing model, the 6-speed automatic transmission is a new unit along with paddle shifters for that perfect balance between convenience for traffic conditions and control when you wish to drive enthusiastically.
Enhances Exterior and Interior
The exterior of the Ertiga has experienced freshness due to an updated look with a bolder new grille and plenty of chrome inserts to bling up the appearance. There are two new colours as well; Splendid Silver and Dignity Brown. Along with that, the alloy wheel design has been updated. On the inside, there are quite a few design changes including a Sculpted Dashboard with a new Metallic Teak-Wooden Finish, plush dual-tone seat fabric.

Infotainment System and Connected Car Tech Features
The new Ertiga incorporates an updated SmartPlay Pro Infotainment System with an onboard voice assistant that could be accessed by saying “Hi Suzuki”. The in-built Suzuki Connect boasts over 40 features for added convenience and connectivity. There is also the availability of Smar Watch Connectivity and Alexa Connect through which a ton of functions could be remotely accessed. This includes headlamps OFF, AC control, door lock hazard lights, alarm, etc.

Additional CNG Variants
In the CNG version, the new Maruti Ertiga is being offered in LXi and VXi variants so that the customers have the option of choosing the right variant for them. The mileage of the CNG powertrain is an impressive 26.11 km/kg. In the petrol version, the mileage is 20.51 km./l.
