Ducati launches the 2025 Panigale V4 in India at ₹29.99 lakh, featuring MotoGP-inspired design, advanced electronics, and a powerful 1,103cc V4 engine.
Ducati has launched the 2025 Panigale V4 and V4S in India, bringing significant upgrades in design, electronics, and performance. The Panigale V4 is priced at ₹29.99 lakh, while the V4S comes in at ₹36.50 lakh (ex-showroom). The superbike, first unveiled globally last year, is now available for Indian buyers, with the first batch already sold out. That said, the second batch is in transit and its deliveries should start next month.
Design and Chassis Updates
The 2025 Panigale V4 features a redesigned chassis and swingarm, improving aerodynamics and rider comfort. Inspired by MotoGP, the motorcycle sports larger, functional winglets and a slightly reworked fuel tank. Ducati has also optimized ergonomics, offering better room for rider movement and improved foot positioning. Additionally, the revised design has increased ground clearance, making the superbike more practical for Indian roads.

The Panigale V4 is equipped with premium components, including:
- Suspension: Fully adjustable Öhlins NPX-30 pressurized forks and TTX36 monoshock.
- Brakes: Brembo Hypure brake calipers with disc brakes at both ends.
- Wheels: 17-inch alloy wheels.
- Instrument Console: A high-resolution TFT display with an extensive suite of electronic rider aids.
The electronics package includes multiple ride and power modes—Full, High, Medium, and Low—along with features like traction control, slide control, wheelie control, launch control, and over 70 sensors monitoring various riding parameters The 2025 Panigale V4 is powered by a 1,103cc liquid-cooled V4 engine producing 214 bhp and 121 Nm of torque, paired with a six-speed gearbox. Ducati’s new Quick Shift 2.0 system enhances gear shifts with an angular position sensor and a refined shift rod, allowing for quicker and smoother transitions.
