Bajaj has taken the wraps off of the 2024 Pulsar N250. It was due for a facelift for a while now. Remember that the Indian two-wheeler giant had kept the 250 twins unchanged for over 2 years. Hence, this is a welcome launch. While Bajaj is one of the biggest two-wheeler manufacturers in the country, it majorly caters to the entry to mid-capacity motorcycles. In essence, its 250-cc range is a performance segment. We know that there is also a Dominar 400 in its lineup, but its sales are not that impressive. Therefore, the 250 twins form a significant bridge between the entry-level bikes and the larger model.
2024 Bajaj Pulsar N250 Features
In terms of design, the Pulsar N250 looks quite striking. It is available in three colour options – Red, Black and White. Its demeanour will surely make heads turn. There are sporty elements at the front, a muscular fuel tank, a sturdy side body panel, a sporty exhaust pipe, and a sleek rear profile. It gets 17-inch alloy wheels at both ends with a 100-section tyre at the front and a 140-section tyre at the rear. The other prominent features include:
- A new instrument cluster with Bluetooth
- Turn-by-turn navigation
- USB mobile charging slot
- Call and SMS alert
- Caller ID
- Call accept/reject
- Distance-to-empty readout
- Fuel consumption readout

There are no changes to the powertrain options. It still gets a 249-cc single-cylinder engine which generates a decent 24.5 PS @8,750 RPM and 21.5 Nm @6,500 RPM of peak power and torque. The bike weighs 164 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 14 litres. The front brake diameter is 300 mm, while that of the rear is 230 mm. There are gold-finished USDs at the front from Endurance, dual-channel ABS, traction control modes, First-in-Pulsar Traction Control System (except for off-road mode), petal disc brakes and more.

Author’s Note
Bajaj has taken everyone by surprise with the pricing of the 2024 Pulsar N250. There are significant changes to the exterior styling, as well as features. Still, to offer the bike at almost the pre-facelift price point is commendable. This makes it clear that Bajaj is out for a fight. Now, we just have to wait and see how well the customers embrace it.
