The price of the 2024 Aprilia RS660 has been leaked online ahead of the official launch in India. There is a lot of buzz on the internet around the launch of the Aprilia RS660 and RSV4 in our market. Both these are premium racing motorcycles. While the RSV4 belongs to a segment even a couple of notches above the RS660, it is clear that neither of them is a mass-market product. These are common products in the garages of riding enthusiast celebrities across the globe. For now, let us take a look at the details of the upcoming motorcycle.

2024 Aprilia RS660 Price in India
As per the leaked section of the official brochure, there are three colour options with the RS660 – Racing Black, Acid Gold and Tribute. The price for all three is similar – Rs 17.74 lakh, ex-showroom. This is a massive Rs 4.35 lakh over what the outgoing model used to cost. The exterior styling of this motorcycle is extremely sporty. The front fascia bears a sleek appearance with a slim LED headlamp and a compact windshield. The handlebar enables an aggressive sitting posture. Apart from that, the semi-fairing accentuates the side profile and the massive side body panels lend an adventurous vibe. In the Tribute variant, it bears the colours of the American flag.

Apart from that, the RS660 also has a split-seat arrangement with a sleek rear profile. The sidearm makes the side profile look sturdy. At the front, the alloy wheel is striking with a broad tyre. What is quite impressive is the way the exhaust pipe has been neatly tucked underneath the underbelly of the motorcycle. One can barely make out its exact location. The final quarter offers a sharp finish which almost makes it look like a Cafe Racer. All in all, this has to be among the best-looking bikes in this segment.

While the official announcement is still not there, we can expect the 2024 Aprilia RS660 to carry a similar powertrain as its predecessor. This means that it could have a 659-cc 4-stroke liquid-cooled twin-cylinder DOHC engine which is good for a healthy 100 PS and 67 Nm of peak power and torque. This engine pairs with a 6-speed transmission with a multi-plate wet clutch and mechanical slip system. There is an aluminium dual beam chassis with a removal seat support subframe. More details will be revealed at the launch.
