There is a wave of excitement among Tata fans regarding the upcoming facelift versions of the popular Harrier and Safari SUVs.
This unique digital conceptualization encapsulates the probable facelift version of the Tata Harrier alongside the current model. The digital artist has done a commendable job capturing the essence of the new-age design language from the Indian auto giant by introducing elements that have been showcased with the other concept models earlier. There is a mixture of that new theme and what the current model already offers. This becomes apparent when these models are parked side-by-side, even if it is in the virtual realm.

Tata Harrier Facelift Visualized
This Tata Harrier facelift concept has been visualized by Bagrawala Designs on YouTube. The two models are shown from all angles for a thorough comparison, at least in terms of looks. The first attractive element at the front is the new logo that stretches across the width of the sleek front grille with an illuminated ‘T’ emblem, angular portions of the bumper where the main headlamps are placed, LED DRLs on the bonnet and an overall more understated look compared to the rather bold appearance of the current-gen model which has a larger headlamp cluster.

On the sides, the similarities are rather obvious with black side pillars, sturdy door panels, and rugged side body cladding but the main difference lies in the alloy wheel design. While the current-gen model has machined alloys, the facelift model comes with black alloys accentuating the sportiness. At the rear, the main difference, again, lies in the new logo. The current model has a Tata symbol while the facelift version has a neatly integrated stretched ‘T’ moniker integrated in between the taillight cluster. All in all, there are subtle changes to the facelift model which is the case in real life too.

Specs and Price
The current model has a Fiat-sourced 2.0-litre Kryotec turbo diesel engine that makes 170 PS and 350 Nm of peak power and torque. It comes mated to a manual or automatic transmission. While this engine will continue to power even the facelift model, we might also see a 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine. The new motor could make 170 PS and 280 Nm of peak power and torque. It could make the new Harrier much more accessible to a wider range of people. New features might also include ADAS for enhanced active safety along with modern features and a revamped interior layout. At present, the Harrier ranges from Rs 15 lakh to Rs 24.07 lakh, ex-showroom. The updated version would command a slight premium over these.
