The overall silhouette and body type remain identical to the original model but there are a ton of aesthetic differences. This includes things like a chrome garnish on the narrow front grille, LED DRLs placed on the bumper with a black background, muscular bumper, rugged grey skid plate, main headlamps positioned on the bumper, flared wheel arches with black cladding, rugged black side body skirting, stylish dual-tone alloy wheels, dual-tone black and orange body and roof, blacked-out side pillars. All these combine to lend a unique and updated appearance to the micro-SUV.

The current-gen Maruti S-Presso comes powered by a 1.0-litre petrol engine that produces 67 hp and 90 Nm of peak power and torque. This engine comes mated to a 5-speed manual or an AMT transmission. There is also a CNG version for those looking for a car with low running costs. It churns out 58 hp and 78 Nm of peak power and torque and boasts a mileage of 31.2 km/kg. The prices of the S-Presso range between Rs 3.99 lakh and Rs 5.64 lakh, ex-showroom.
