Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL), India’s largest exporter of cars, has introduced updated MY 2023 versions of the Venue and Venue N Line. The new models feature carmaker’s SmartSense technology (ADAS) along with revised powertrain options. With this, the Hyundai Venue has become the most affordable ADAS-equipped car in India.

ADAS Features on 2023 Hyundai Venue and Venue N-Line
In a bid to enhance the safety quotient, Hyundai now offers ADAS technology on both Venue and Venue N Line models. Known as ‘SmartSense’ in Hyundai speak, the latest-gen Tucson become the first Hyundai car to offer ADAS. It was followed by the new-gen Verna. Now, with the system making it to the Venue, the sub-4-metre SUV should offer a better driving experience. in terms of safety, and convenience. The ADAS features available on the Maruti Brezza- and Tata Nexon-rival include:

- Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist – Car (FCA-Car)
- Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist – Pedestrian (FCA-Ped)
- Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist – Cycle (FCA-Cyl)

- Lane Departure Warning (LDW)
- Driver Attention Warning (DAW)
- Lane Following Assist (LFA)
- High Beam Assist (HBA)
- Leading Vehicle Departure Alert (LVDA)

Also, with the introduction of the MY 2023 Venue, Hyundai now offers a 6-speed manual transmission option with the 1.0-liter T-GDi Petrol engine. This new powertrain is available in the S(O) and SX(O) variants for the Venue, and N6 and N8 versions of the Venue N Line. The DCT option has been carried over untouched.

2023 Hyundai Venue and Venue N-Line Prices
The least-priced ADAS-equipped Hyundai Venue costs Rs 12.44 lakh (ex-showroom). Meanwhile, the fully-loaded Venue N-Line has been priced at Rs 13.90 lakh. With this, the Venue has now become the most affordable ADAS-equipped car in India.
