As a result, the Baleno suffered heavy damage, as expected. However, what is interesting is the fact that both the passengers escaped without any injury. The condition of the vehicle is quite bad as the roof, side profile, side pillars, door panels, windshields, bonnet and bumper are all damaged. It seems almost impossible that someone could survive this impact. But the impact was absorbed by the side pillars preventing it from entering the cabin. This could be an indication of the improved build quality which is why this model is heavier than the outgoing model.
