In its MY 2022 avatar, the Mahindra Bolero City Pikup costs Rs 7.97 lakh and targets small and medium scale businesses
The recently launched updated City Pikup is a powerful vehicle that is built to carry a heavy payload. It is essentially made for serving last mile transportation needs. The company claims that the new Bolero variant will allow users to carry out business trips in a faster and more efficient way. It offers a real world mileage of over 14 kmpl (depending on driving, terrain, cargo load, etc). The 2022 Mahindra Bolero City Pikup comes with a sticker price Rs 7.20 lakh (ex-showroom, Mumbai). 2022 Mahindra Bolero City Pikup Specs
The updated commercial vehicle is powered by a 4-cylinder m2DiCR 2.5L TB engine that offers 65hp of power at 195 Nm of torque. It is paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox. The pickup truck comes with a standard 45L size fuel tank and 215/75 R15LT. It comes with 2990 kg of GVW and is said to carry up to 1400 kg payload. The Bolero City Pikup comes with a Rigid Leaf spring suspension Front Suspension and Rigid Leaf spring suspension Rear Suspension. The claimed fuel efficiency is pegged at 17.2 Kmpl.

The pickup truck has been made while adhering to the BS-VI emission norms. In terms of dimensions, it measures 4990 x 1700 x 1858 mm and has a wheelbase of 3264 mm. You will also get a disc brake on the front and a drum type at the rear. Inside, the Bolero City Pikup gets a driver information display, power steering, an adjustable driver seat, and more. Overall, the 2022 Mahindra Bolero City is one of the best pikup trucks in the country. It competes with the likes of Tata Yodha, Isuzu D-Max, and Dost Strong.
