The design has been conceptualized by renowned illustrator SRK Designs. The side profile has been modified in this rendering. The first thing you would notice is the large overhangs on both sides of the SUV. The side view highlights the sculpted design and characteristics creases from the front all the way to the rear. The front fender area looks ultra-muscular. The same is the case with the rear wheel arches. The A, B and C-pillars are blacked out along with the roof. This gives it a floating roof appearance. Attached to the roof is a sporty spoiler and the wrap-around taillamps also look modern.

The alloy wheels wear a sporty stylish pattern and go well with the overall design language. However, larger alloys would’ve suited the bulky SUV better. The rear bumper looks a bit upright increasing the departure angle of the SUV for better off-roading capabilities. The wheel arches also feature a pattern that is unique. Overall, the side profile of the latest-gen Hyundai Tucson has changed much like how the Jeep Compass has spawned the Jeep Meridian. In both the cases, the XL profile looks balanced as the overall proportions don’t look disturbed.
