Here is your first glimpse of how the 2022 Hyundai Creta facelift could turn out. Creta is the most popular SUV in the country. It was one of the first products to popularise the mid-size SUV segment in our market. Resultantly, it has become one of the most lucrative segments in India today and every player wants a bite at it. Now, with new products in the mix like the Seltos, Astor, XUV700, Kushaq and Taigun, it is time for Hyundai to step up the game. The facelift of the Creta is due and we might know how it will look like. Hyundai, normally, stays true to its global design language and the sketches of the facelifted Creta in Indonesia have surfaced. Could this be the same model that will make its way to our shores as the 2022 Hyundai Creta facelift?

While the side body panels might resemble the appearance of the current model, the front fascia will be adequately distinguishable. The exterior design is in line with the latest Tucson sold in the international markets. Hence, in a way, we can already predict the characteristics of the upcoming facelift. The front features a sort of, 3D design pattern for the grille with a neatly integrated chrome bar and LED DRLs which makes them look like a part of the grille. The main headlights are positioned on either side of the bumper just like on the current model. The side profile hosts silver side skirting which complement this black colour well. The alloy wheels are somewhat similar to the one sold in our market currently. The front also has a silver-finished skid plate. All in all, this exterior looks much subtler to the current model.
