Competition
XUV 500 is one of the most popular SUVs in the 20 Lakhs price range. Over the years, it has gained new rivals like Tata Harrier, MG Hector, Jeep Compass and even the Hyundai Tucson to some extent. In the future, it will continue with the same set of rivals with a couple of new ones. Like, from next year, there will be Volkswagen T-Roc and Skoda Karoq in the 20 Lakh range. Ford is also building a mid-size SUV based on the 2021 XUV 500. So, technically, even that becomes a competitor.
