2021 Jeep Compass Owner Frustrated
As seen in the image above, the photos are posted by a certain Himanshu Goswami on the Jeep Club India page on Facebook. He explains that his one-month-old Jeep Compass has been sitting in the service centre for about two weeks. The issue was some rattling noise experienced by the driver. The Jeep technicians have been trying to fix the issue for 3 days but to no avail. Himanshu expresses his disappointment after watching his SUV in this state. However, if the technicians are able to diagnose the issue and fix it, the customer service experience of the owners would be enhanced. But it should not take so long to get something so basic fixed either. It hurts even more when you have paid almost Rs 30 lakh for a premium SUV.
