The 2020 Mahindra Bolero will get minor styling updates in the from of a new grille and headlamps but the major upgrades are the new BS-VI compliant engines.
The 2020 Mahindra Bolero was first spotted in the month of May but the SUV was well camouflaged then and only the rear of the new Bolero could be seen. Now, however, a fresh set of images of the 2020 Mahindra Bolero has surfaced on the internet and the spotted test mule was perhaps a BS-VI compliant one.
The Mahindra Bolero range of SUVs and pick-ups is one of Mahindra’s best selling products. Just yesterday we reported about the 15th Lakh unit of the Bolero Pick-up truck rolling off the production line, which proves the popularity of this rugged SUV. The Mahindra Bolero is offered in Bolero Pick Up, Bolero Maxi Truck, Bolero Camper, and the Imperio, each finding application in diverse situations, both as a people’s mover and a commercial truck.
The spotted test mule was wearing minimal camouflage, so it was easy to note the visual differences. The 2020 Mahindra Bolero gets a revised grille with slanted vertical slats and a circular headlamp unit. It retains its overall boxy stance with an upright windshield and tall pillars with a flat roof design.
On the inside, the new Bolero is expected to get new features which would include new safety features like driver airbags, high speed alert, driver and co-driver seatbelt reminders and rear parking sensors. The current Bolero already comes with front disc brakes, ABS and EBD as standard.
