Fresh reports give all the details of the variants, engine specifications, gearbox options and features of the 2020 Hyundai Tucson.
Hyundai unveiled the new 2020 Tucson at the Auto Expo 2020. The facelifted SUV gets some cosmetic upgrades, interior revisions, a couple of new features along with BS6 compliant engines. The bookings for it have also commenced at dealerships.
Ahead of the launch, details of its engine, gearbox and features have been leaked. Both will continue with their existing 2.0 Litre petrol and a 2.0 Litre turbo-diesel engine. The petrol engine produces 155 PS and 192 Nm of peak torque. The diesel engine produces 185 BHP and 400 Nm of peak torque.
2020 Hyundai Tucson will come with many new features distributed in three variants – GL FWD, GLS FWD and GLS 4WD. Here are the variant wise features:

This is the entire list of features that come on 2020 Hyundai Tucson. Further, it will only come with a 6-speed automatic gearbox. The FWD/2WD will come on both petrol and diesel engines but the 4WD configuration will only come on the diesel powertrain.

Hyundai is expected to launch the updated Tucson very soon. As of now, it is priced between Rs 19 to Rs 24 Lakhs (ex-showroom). Competitors for the same include Jeep Compass and the upcoming Volkswagen T-Roc and Skoda Karoq.
