Currently, the prices of City start off at Rs 9.81 Lakhs going up to 14.05 Lakhs (Ex-showroom). The new City is expected to start off above Rs 10 Lakhs crossing 15 Lakhs for the top-spec trim.
So, here are the few changes that will come on the 2020 Honda City:
Refreshed Engines
- Honda City 2020 will continue with the same 1.5 Litre four-cylinder petrol engine, but with new mild-hybrid technology.
- The new City is expected to produce the same 117 BHP and 145 Nm of peak torque but will offer more mileage and better low-end torque.
- On the other hand, it will continue with its same 1.5 Litre four-cylinder iDTEC diesel engine. Currently, it produces 99 BHP and 200 Nm of peak torque.
- As of now, there is no word on the 1.0 Litre turbo-petrol motor coming to India. It is available on the Thai-spec City already. Over there, it produces 122 BHP and 170 Nm of torque.
