2019 Triumph Street Twin and Street Scrambler have been launched in India. The updated models are more affordable than their older versions in India.
The updated versions of the Triumph Street Twin and Street Scrambler make their debut in India. The Street Twin is priced at Rs 7.45 Lakhs and the Scrambler goes for Rs 8.55 Lakhs (ex-showroom).
The 2019 versions of the bike are relatively cheaper than their older versions. The updated Triumph Street Twin is cheaper by Rs 25,000 and the Scrambler goes for Rs 5,000 lower than the older one.
2019 Triumph Street Twin and Street Scrambler get some revisions in the engine specifications. They continue to be powered by the 900cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin cylinder engine, but the power figures and rev limits have been increased.

The power figure has been jacked up by 10%, from 55 BHP to 65 BHP. The engine can now be revved up to 7500 RPM, which is 500 RPM more. The torque figure remains the same at 80 Nm, but the rev limit has been increased to 3800 Nm.
Visual changes include a new brushed aluminium headlight mask and refreshed decals. The digital instrument cluster has also been revised as a part of the update. It gets a tire-pressure monitor as an optional accessory.
Changes in the cycle parts include a lighter crankshaft, dead shaft and balancer shaft. A torque assist clutch has also been added for the rider’s aid.

Both the bikes also get new 41mm KYB forks for the suspension. However, they retain the KYB twin-shock absorbers at the back. A new Brembo four-piston callipers 310mm disc brake has also been added.
The 2019 Triumph Street Twin is now available with traction control and Road and Rain riding modes. The Street Scrambler, on the other hand, gets Road, Rain and Off-Road riding modes. The traction control is switchable and ABS is switchable only on Street Scramble.
The Street Twin is available in Jet Black, Kurosaki Red and Ironstone colour options. The Scrambler is available in Khaki Green/Matte Aluminium, Cranberry Red and fusion white options.

The Triumph Street Twin does not have any competition currently in its price range. The Scrambler competes with the likes of Ducati Scrambler, which is priced from Rs 6.78 Lakhs.
