Ford is all set to launch the mid-life update for its premium SUV, the Endeavour in India on the 22nd of February this year. With this update, the Endeavour is going to get some minor cosmetic updates along with some changes in its drivetrain and transmission options. Though the changes are quite minimalistic, they are still going to help this SUV get a breath of fresh air in the wake of increasing competition in its segment.
Starting with the exteriors, the new 2019 Ford Endeavour comes with a revised grille, new bumpers along with a different design for the 18-inch alloy wheels. Apart from this, this SUV remains exactly the same as the pre-facelift iteration. On the inside though, the changes are more obvious.

The leather upholstery, which was brown and beige in the pre-facelift version, is now a black and beige one for this 2019 iteration. Rest of the cabin aesthetics remain the same as before. The design for the instrument cluster, central console and the central tunnel, everything. Apart from this, this SUV now comes with a passive keyless entry system as standard across the range with an introduction of the vehicle start-stop-system. Also, it now comes with a smart boot release system along with puddle lamps.
The engine line-up of the 2019 Ford Endeavour remains the same as before and so does their power and torque outputs. This means that this SUV continues to come with a 2.2-litre diesel for the base and a 3.2-litre diesel for the top-spec variants. However, with the facelift, Ford has re-introduced the 4WD variant in the 2.2-litre engine with a manual gearbox in addition to the 2WD AT set-up. The 3.2-litre continues to be offered in a 4WD, AT set-up as before.
