The 2019 Bajaj Dominar will soon get a new red colour by the Festive season. It will be priced the same as other colour options.
Bajaj Auto updated the new Dominar a couple of months back, giving it a revised engine, new features and some cosmetic upgrades as well. Alongside, it got a new Aurora Green colour option as well.
Now, fresh reports suggest that the 2019 Bajaj Dominar in metallic red colour will be coming in the market. This could possibly be a mid-life cycle or a festive season upgrade. Reports suggest that it could come by Diwali 2019.
Bajaj Dominar in the same metallic red colour was seen in the latest TVC ad. At the launch, officials confirmed that it might further get two more colours. We expect the other one to be White/Silver colour.

Meanwhile, Dominar has been returning better sales since the updated model was launched. For the month of May 2019, 1888 units of the bike were sold. The facelift was launched in April, before that only 350 units were sold.
Actually, prior to that, Bajaj report very low sales of the Dominar. The updated version suddenly took a boost in the sales. The Y-o-Y growth of Dominar is nearly 60%.
The new Dominar gets the same 373cc liquid-cooled engine from the Duke 390. However, tuning to the engine now makes the engine produce 40 BHP and 35 Nm of peak torque, mated to a 6-speed gearbox with a slipper clutch. =
Another important mechanical upgrade includes the addition of USD forks at the front, replacing the telescopic forks. The rear monoshock remains the same and the Dominar already came with dual-ABS.

Reportedly, Bajaj Auto is also developing an Adventure motorcycle, based on the Dominar. It will also draw some inspiration from the upcoming KTM 390 ADventure. We expect the prices to increase by a mere Rs 1000-2000.
