The official bookings for the 2019 Bajaj Dominar have commenced at all the dealerships. The launch is scheduled to happen in the first week of March.
The new Bajaj Dominar is going to be launched in March 2019. The bookings have officially commenced across all the dealerships, with deliveries expected to begin in April 2019.
The specifications of the 2019 Bajaj Dominar have already been leaked. The updated bike will get major mechanical updates with some minor cosmetic changes. Mechanical updates include changes to the engine, suspension and performance.
Most importantly, the 2019 Bajaj Dominar will get the same 373cc engine but, more powerful. Currently, the engine produces 35 BHP and 35 Nm of torque, which has been pumped up to 39.9 BHP at 8650 RPM and 35 Nm at 7000 RPM.

It is speculated that the engine is already BS-6 ready, that’s why the launch has been delayed. If such is the fact, then Dominar could be one of the earliest bikes to sport the updated engine.
Other mechanical upgrades include new USD Forks at the front, along with the same monoshocks at the back. The new Dominar sports dual exhaust port system, which based on recent videos, has a better exhaust note.
Feature additions onboard include a new digital meter on the fuel tank, which displays information such as odometer, trip meter, gear position and much more. The main cluster will also get some minor revisions.

Visual changes include addition of a new Green colour. The Sparkling White colour, which was available earlier at the time of the launch will be added back. The golden alloys are now replaced by black alloys.
The dimensions of the 2019 Bajaj Dominar have also been revised. It is now wider by 23mm, from 813mm to 836mm. The kerb weight has also increased by 2 kgs, to 186 kgs.
With all these updates, we expect the prices to rise by a considerable margin. Currently, the prices start at Rs 1.64 Lakhs, which might increase by 10000-15000, easily.

2019 Bajaj Dominar will continue to compete with the likes of Royal Enfield Classic 350, Jawa Motorcycles and Mahindra Mojo.
