Here is the list of complete changes and upgrades on the 2019 Bajaj Dominar. The updated bike is expected to be launched in a couple of days.
Latest photos of the 2019 Bajaj Dominar have come up from an official event. With the shots, the upgrades and changes on the updated power cruiser have been properly explained.
The prices are yet to be revealed, which we expect to come out in a couple of days. Dominar is a modern day cruiser, with a relaxed riding posture but an aggressive nature.
The bike gets cosmetic as well as mechanical changes. The revamping has been done in order to make a tough competition as well as to bolster its declining sales.

Engine
2019 Bajaj Dominar continues with the same 373.cc liquid-cooled DOHC engine, but with slightly tweaked power figures. The engine is now capable of producing 40 BHP and 35 Nm of peak torque now.
The earlier version produced 35 BHP and 35 Nm of torque. The engine is a detuned version of Duke 390’s engine. Now, the power to weight ratio is 217 BHP. Reports confirm that the engine is a lot more refined now.
Suspension
For a better competition, the 2019 Bajaj Dominar now gets Upside-Down Forks, replacing the telescopic forks. At the back, the single monoshock absorber is retained.
USD Forks are better than the regular telescopic ones, offering better handling and a more plush experience. The updated Dominar will be the first bike in Bajaj’s stable to get USD forks.

Features
The updated feature list now includes a revised digital cluster, a new small digital meter and dual-barrel exhaust system. The LED headlamps, Tell-Tale lights, Dual-ABS and the reverse-LCD instrument cluster has been retained.
The new digital cluster has been fitted on the top of the fuel tank. It reads out the gear position, trip meter and clock. The primary revised cluster shows dynamic fuel economy and distance to empty.
Design
Minor cosmetic changes have made way on the 2019 Bajaj Dominar. For starters, it gets a new Hulk Green paint job. The headlamp has been revised to look more aggressive.
The fuel tank pad decal has been refreshed and a ‘D’ sign can be seen on the seats. The tail lamps have also been tweaked a bit. However, the overall design remains the same.

Prices
The prices of the updated Dominar will be out soon. We expect it to demand a premium of Rs 10000-12000, over the current Dominar, which goes for Rs 1.64 Lakhs (Ex-showroom).
