Hosur-based South Indian two-wheeler manufacturer, TVS Motor Company, has officially unveiled the new 2018 TVS Apache RTR 200 Ethanol at the Auto Expo 2018. While it doesn’t look like the new Apache RTR 200 Ethanol would launch anytime soon, TVS could be showcasing this model to gauge public interest in this motorcycle. Other than having the capability to run on ethanol-mix fuel, the RTR 200 gets the same engine as the regular model.

The new TVS Apache RTR 200 Ethanol model gets its juice from the same 197.75cc, single-cylinder, oil-cooled, carburetted engine that powers the regular model. comes paired with a 5-speed manual transmission. The motor outputs a max. power of 20.7 BHP at 8,500 RPM and a peak torque of 18.1 Nm at 7,000 RPM.
