2018 Maruti Vitara Brezza has been spied and reports reveal that it gets some features added to it. It gets dual airbags and ABS as a standard feature, which is optional in the current model. Also, according to some reports from Team-BHP, Vitara Brezza is going to get an added AMT variant in its range.
Recently, some spy shots of the 2018 Maruti Vitara Brezza have come online. The compact SUV gets some upgrades and will launch soon. The car gets dual airbags and ABS as standard features, which earlier were optional in the LDI (O) and VDI (O) variants. Also, the LDI (O) and VDI (O) variants are discontinued, due to the standard fitments. Also, latest reports reveal that 2018 Maruti Vitara Brezza gets new AMT options in its range. The VDi, ZDi and ZDi+ variants get an additional AMT feature. Other upgrades include a chrome grille and chrome boot garnish as standard fitments and an added Reverse Parking Assist in the LDI variant. However, the engine and other features of 2018 Maruti Vitara Brezza remain unchanged. Now, the (O) variant will only come in the ZDi variant.

The ZDi variant also receives a minor update. For a sportier look, the top-end variant gets matte black alloys instead of the silver alloys. Also, it gets all-new black interiors, rather than the earlier grey one. Other than that, Brezza does not receive any update. Additionally, the 2018 Maruti Vitara Brezza will cost a little more, owing to the security features and other cosmetic changes. The LDi will now cost Rs 12,500 more, VDi will cost Rs 8,500 more and ZDI will cost Rs 5,500 more.
The mid variant and the top variant receive the AMT versions. The compact SUV does not receive any cosmetic or mechanical changes except the said features. Further details are not out yet. The AMT diesel variant is expected start from Rs 8 Lakh to Rs 11 Lakhs (ex-showroom).

Maruti Vitara Brezza is available only in diesel variant. The compact SUV sports the usual 1.3 Litre DDiS 200 engine. The four-cylinder engine produces 90 PS maximum power and 200 Nm max torque. Brezza runs on a 5-speed MT and now gets an AMT option too.

Maruti Vitara Brezza is a sub-four-metre compact SUV which competes with the likes TUV 300, Tata Nexon and Ford Ecosport. It is currently one of the top-selling models of Maruti and gives a good competition. Currently, in terms of safety, it comes with features such as Engine Immobilizer, EBD, Rain sensing wipers and Automatic headlamps. Other features include cruise control, reverse parking assist, push start-stop button, Automatic Climate Control, keyless entry and an infotainment system with GPS assist. The current Maruti Vitara Brezza starts from Rs 7.28 Lakhs to Rs 9.95 Lakhs (ex-showroom).
