The 2018 Hyundai i20 facelift has been spied yet again. The updated hatchback will make its debut at the Auto Expo 2018 and, as can be seen in the spy images here, will come in a new colour shade – Flame Orange. This is the same shade of paint that is also available on the new Hyundai Verna. The 2018 Hyundai i20 will launch on February 7 at theAuto Expo 2018. We will bring you live reports right from the event. Since the new model features minor styling changes, the price will either stay mostly identical to that of the outgoing version.

Other than a new exterior paint shade, the 2018 Hyundai i20 facelift comes with a host of styling updates that make the car look fresher. Up front, you get a new cascading-effect grille that brings the car in line with the latest models from the South Korea-based auto giant. Also new to the 2018 i20 are more stylish bumpers, new foglamps, new alloy wheels, bigger taillamps, and a new tailgate. The rear registration plate has now moved up from the rear bumper to the tailgate. The interior gets revised infotainment controls and updated trims.
The current Hyundai i20 is on sale in three engine variants – 1.2 L petrol mated to a 5-speed manual transmission, 1.4 L petrol engine mated to a 4-speed automatic transmission, and a 1.4 L diesel engine mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission. It is being said that the 1.4 L Petrol unit won’t be available on the facelift. The 1.2-litre petrol engine, however, will also get an optional CVT.
