Honda unveiled the 2018 CBR 250R and the CB Hornet 160R at the 2018 Auto Expo. Both the motorcycles have been officially launched now. Several new colours amongst various other changes on both bikes.
Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India have officially grabbed another record in its name. The automaker became the first two-wheeler company to add over 1 million incremental customers in a single fiscal year. Honda sold over 6,123,886 units during the last financial year. In total, the automaker registered a growth of 22%. Their highest selling product the Activa retains its title of the highest selling scooter in the nation. 2018 Honda CBR 250R – Launch Price
The updated 2018 Honda CBR 250R was showcased at the 2018 Auto Expo. While the new 250R retains the design language of the outgoing model, the bike now comes in three new colours. Available to order in two variants, with and without ABS. The non-ABS version costs INR 1,63,584 ex-showroom Delhi. The ABS version will cost you INR 1,93,107 ex-showroom Delhi.
2018 Honda CB Hornet 160R – Launch Price
The 2018 Honda CB Hornet 160R was unveiled at the recent Auto Expo. The bike retains its styling while adding new colour options to its portfolio. The motorcycle features various updates including an LED headlamp. The CB Hornet 160R is offered in 4 variants, Standard, CBS, ABS Standard, ABS Deluxe. The Hornet range starts at INR 89,175 and goes all the way to INR 92,675 ex-showroom Delhi.

2018 Honda CBR 250R – Specifications
Powering the 2018 Honda CBR 250R is the same 249cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine. The engine makes 26.5 PS of power and 22.9 Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a six-speed gearbox offering a maximum speed of 135 km/h. Stopping power comes from 296mm disc at front and 220mm disc at the rear. 17-inch tubeless tyres are provided at each end. Cycle parts include a telescopic suspension at the front and pro-link monoshock unit at the back. The headlamp now features LED lighting. The 250R gets three new sporty colours as well namely, Matte Axis Grey Metallic with Mars Orange, Matte Axis Grey Metallic with Striking Green, Pearl Sports Yellow and the existing Sports Red.

2018 Honda CB Hornet 160R – Specifications
The latest version of the 2018 Honda CB Hornet 160R gets visual as well as mechanical updates. The naked sports bike now features an LED headlamp and hazard lamp function. The instrument cluster has been refreshed and now features a blue backlight. A new low-maintenance seal chain improves reliability. The Hornet gets an optional single-channel ABS as well. The new colour, i.e. Dazzle Yellow Metallic joins the four existing colour options. Powering the Hornet is a 160cc engine that has been returned to deliver 15 PS of power and 14.5 Nm of torque.
