Honda Motorcycles and Scooters India (HMSI), the Indian subsidiary of the Japanese auto giant, has finally unveiled the highly awaited All New 2018 Honda Activa 5g at the Auto Expo 2018. The new Activa is expected to launch later this year and will replace the Activa 4G model that was launched early last year. The new Activa will likely launch for a starting price of Rs 52,000. The updated scooter comes in new colours, has an updated design, and a few new features. The Activa 5g will continue to offer a good mix of mileage and reliability.

The new 2018 Honda Activa 5G features the same 109.2cc engine that powered the Activa 4G. However, for the Activa 5G, HMSI has updated the engine to offer slightly higher fuel mileage. The engine outputs 8 PS of max. power and 9 Nm of peak torque. The engine comes mated to a V-matic gearbox. The Activa has a top speed of 82 KMP
