Ducati Scrambler Mach 2.0 launched @ INR 8.52 lakh

The styling of the new 2018 Ducati Scrambler Mach 2.0 is done by renowned designer Roland Sands.

Ducati India has launched the Scrambler Mach 2.0 in the country’s fast-expanding premium motorcycle market. With the styling being the major difference between the new and the old model, the latest version looks fantastic and signifies typical West Coast style of the ’70s. The new 2018 Ducati Scrambler Mach 2.0 price in India is Rs 8,52,000 (ex-showroom) and the new model sits between the base variant and the Desert Sled edition.

The 2018 Ducati Scrambler Mach 2.0 is available to order now and is priced at INR 8,52,000 ex-showroom India. Ducati dealers across India have already started booking for the Mach 2.0 and customers can enjoy the deliveries starting from early next year.

2018 Ducati Scrambler Mach 2.0 Looks

The latest version of the Ducati Scrambler features a brand new design theme based on the vintage custom motorcycles. Bright yellow and bronze lines stretch from the front fender, contunuing onto the tank and ending at the rear fender. Constrasting matte black has been used abundantly on the frame, end muffler and the exhaust pipe guard. The styling exercise looks exquisite and stands out from the crowd.

2018 Ducati Scrambler Mach 2.0 Specs

2018 Ducati Scrambler Mach 2.0 is powered by the same 803 twin-cylinder Desmodue engine that churns out 73hp of power @ 8,250 rpm and 67Nm of torque @ 5,750 rpm. The engine comes mated to a six-speed gearbox and the final drive is chain type. The low variable cross-section aluminium. handlebar and the Flat Track Pro dedicated seat, black exhaust cover and engine heads and finally the Cafè Racer vrushed fins are the distinguishing factors for the Mach 2.0.

The 2018 Ducati Scrambler Mach 2.0 features alloy wheels on both ends with the front and rear Pirelli MT 60 RS tyres stretching 110×80 R18 and 180×55 R17 respectively. Stopping power comes from 330mm 4-piston calliper at the front and the rear getting 245 mm single piston folating calliper with dua-channel ABS as standard.

Keeping the 2018 Ducati Scrambler Mach 2.0 in contact are the upside down Kayaba 41mm fork at the front and Kyaba rear shock with pre-load and rebound adjustment.

2018 Ducati Scrambler Mach 2.0 Features

The standard list of features on the 2018 Ducati Scrambler Mach 2.0 features steel tank, headlight with glass lens, LED light guide and interchangable aluminium cover, LED rear light with diffusion light, LED instrument with interchangable aluminium cover, machine finished aluminium belt covers and under seat storage compartment with USB socket.

Equipments dedicated to the Mach 2.0 include low aluminium handle bars, flat-track inspired seat, black silencer cover, black engine with brushed fins and dedicated designed logo. A waranty of 24 months with unlimited mileage comes as standard with the premium bike.
