Bajaj is all set to release the latest products in-line for launch this month itself. One of the main launches would be the upcoming 2018 Bajaj Avenger 180 replacing the 150 altogether.

The 2018 Bajaj Avenger 180 replaces the current Avenger 150 and as evident by its name, it will lose the 150cc engine in favour of the 180cc. In the current guise, the Avenger 150 carries a 150cc engine making 14.3 bhp of power and 12.5 Nm of torque. The upcoming Bajaj Avenger 180 will borrow thew 178.2 cc engine from the Pulsar 180 churning out 17bhp of power and 14Nm of torque. The engine will come mated to a five-speed gearbox powering the rear wheel through a chain-type final drive. The bump in power should individually be adequate enough to persuade buyers into buying the latest Avenger.
The upcoming 2018 Bajaj Avenger 180 will feature telescopic suspension with anti-friction bush at front and twin-shock absorber at the rear. The braking system features a 240mm disc brake at the front while a 130mm drum brake does its duty at the rear. Single channel ABS (Anti-lock Braking System) will be available as an option upon launch.
