2018 Royal Enfield Classic 350 – Competition
Royal Enfield, frankly, has no competition. People who love cruiser old-school bikes, or who love Royal Enfield, would never look beyond it. Enfield offers a different feeling that no bike can ever replace it. To say, different models of Royal Enfield compete with each other. But if you have to look for competition, it would be the Dominar 400. Dominar 400 is a power cruiser by Bajaj, which is a modern-day tourer. It resembles half-sports bike and half-cruiser. Laden with latest features like ABS, digital speedometer and more, it competes with Classic 350 somehow. The main competing element is the almost same price range. Also, if a person is just looking for a cruiser and not for a brand name, they might get confused between these two. But if the person is a Royal Enfield fan, he would not get over it anytime.

2018 Royal Enfield Classic 350 – Design
Proper Old-School Bike. These words are just enough to describe the design of the Classic 350. It follows a retro styling with modern feature upgrades. Since the 1970s, it has the same type of body, every new generation added features and cosmetic changes. In the front, it gets a huge circle headlamp with a halogen bulb. The number plate below the headlamp is flanked by the turn indicators. In the front, it gets gas-charged shock absorbers with huge spoke wheels.
The exhaust system on the side runs from the engine to the rear side of the bike. The fuel tank looks too beefy with a ‘Royal Enfield Decal’ on either side of the bike. On the engine, ‘Twinspark technology’ and ‘RE’ is written. The handle of the bike gets the retro analog speedometer. On the rear side of the body, it gets a back handle, missing out on the backrest. The backrest is found in the Thunderbird variant. Below the seat, the bike gets tail lights and the turn indicators. Never changed the styling, might not change ever. That’s how a Royal Enfield bike should be.
