November-9, 2016- Launched in July 2015, the Creta became a runaway success for Hyundai India. The small SUV still commands a month long waiting period in India. Soon, Hyundai will launch the Creta in Brazil. The Creta has finally made its Brazil debut at the Sao Paulo Auto Show. Interestingly, the Brazil-spec Creta looks slightly different from the India-spec model. Since the Creta is not even two years old in the market, launching a facelift now seems highly unlikely. However, some are reporting that the Brazil-spec model could become that 2017 Hyundai Creta Facelift for India. The new model Hyundai Creta could come to India by the end of 2017. 2017 Hyundai Creta Facelift Exterior and Interior Design
The main talking point of the Brazil-spec 2017 Hyundai Creta is its exterior design. The images seen here depict a new front end. There is a new grille that is bigger and more in line with Hyundai’s current design language. Also, the bumper is new and has a restyled faux skid plat. Furthermore, the vertical fog lamp units have been replaced by horizontal fog lamps. The headlamps with projector units and LED daytime running lights are also new.
At the back, the new Creta features subtle changes to the tail lights. They get different detailing with the turn indicators and reverse lights now placed below the main stop lamps. Like the front, the rear bumper is new with a silver finish faux skid plate and new reflector units. Overall, changes made to the upcoming Hyundai Creta facelift will not be very drastic, but should help inject some freshness into the design. That said, the Hyundai Creta is a fairly new product and does not need any immediate updates.
The Brazil-spec Creta offers Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone compatibility. The However, not all of these features may be a part of the Creta facelift.
