2017 BMW 3 Series GT India Design
The changes made to the exterior design of the 2017 MY 3 Series GT are minimal. They are in line with BMW’s current design language and similar to what we have already seen on the 3 Series facelift. Up front, the headlamps are now full LED units with LED daytime running lights. The front end of the GT facelift also features a new bumper. At the back, the rear bumper has been redesigned and it gets tail lamp detailing similar to what we have seen on the new 3-series. The changes made to the interiors are hard to spot. Much of the dashboard design remains the same, save for a new gear selector and iDrive controller.
Internationally, BMW sells the new 3 Series GT in the M Sport trim as well. Like the 3-Series M Sport, this one also gets a different bumper design, sportier alloys. It does away with chrome appliques and features ‘M’ badging all around. The interior features faux carbon fibre trim along with a M Sport steering wheel. This variant is not available in India.
