2015 Hero Hunk Facelift Images show a minor makeover
The Hero Hunk has been on sale in India for quite some time now and, off late, has had to put up with some very stiff competition from the Honda CB Unicorn 160. Hero MotoCorp looks all set to inject some fresh life into the 150cc bike by giving it a facelift this year. Seen here are the official images of the upcoming facelifted version of the Hunk. While the exteriors get a new set of body graphics and minor tweaks here and there, mechanical changes also expected to find their way into the new model. Hero is currently India’s largest selling two wheeler manufacturer followed by Honda, a company which has made its intentions of overhauling Hero with the launch of 15 new products in 2015. Launch
Hero is expected to launch the Hunk facelift by the end of 2015. We are expecting an official announcement from the company soon.
Price
Pricing will be similar to the competition at around the INR 70,000 (ex-showroom) mark.

The 2015 Hero Hunk Facelift gets the Hero Xtreme Sports‘ 149.2cc motor with a power output of 15.6 bhp @ 8500 rpm and peak torque of 13.50 Nm @ 7000 rpm. The front shock absorbers are now upside down gas shocks and come finished in black and silver unlike the current model’s golden and silver. The rear gets inverted GRS suspension.

Styling Changes & Features
As far as the exteriors of the new Hunk are concerned, it gets some new body graphics and slightly revised fenders and speedo console. Rather, the addition of new body graphics and new paint schemes. The overall design of the bike remains largely unchanged save for minor styling tweaks. The usual features such as disc brakes, black alloy wheels, LED tail lamps, etc. will all be offered.
