And now the 2014 Porsche Panamera Turbo S ha sbeen launched by the company in India. The company has immediately started to accept bookings for the car, the first units of which will be delivered in February 2014. This is the second launch in the country by German car maker who launched 2014 Porsche Panamera in India almost a month back at Rs 1.19 crore. The 2014 Porsche Panamera Turbo S gets minor visual tweaks on the outside and a more powerful engine as compared to the car launched in 2012.

In terms of styling, the 2014 Porsche Panamera Turbo S gets subtle changes that differentiate it from the 2012 model. At front you get new LED dya-time running lamps, and a redesigned bumper. Nothing changes at the side. Move to the rear and you will notice new tail-lamp design which looks more pleasinmg to the eyes than the unit found on the older model. Other changes at the rear include a new bumper, with the number plate holder being moved lower and that’s about it.
Showcasing exemplary engineering and conceptualization, this delightful gigantic car has 4.8-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine that is able to produce 562 BHP of maximum power and 750 Nm of maximum torque, the engine is mated to a seven speed dual clutch automatic transmission system. Its 2 new turbo-chargers with bigger- than- ever compressors can give the car enormous air flow. Hence, a more efficient combustion will make your experience a power drive to say the least. The company claims that Turbo S is the most powerful and hence the fastest model in the Panamera series.
The car can clock the top speed of 310 kmph and it takes merely 3.8 seconds to accelerate to 100 KMPH from standstill. The seven speed dual clutch automatic transmission along with four wheel drive makes the car pretty smooth to cruise along on highways or blast around the hills with ease.
Porsche Panamera Turbo S: 2012 vs 2014
The price of Panamera Turbo S is not official so far but we expect it to be around Rs 2 crore. The car will be imported to the country via CBU (completely built unit). With phenomenal double digit growth in the luxury car market in India, the company is very keen on the new Panamera series.
