Honda India has launched the 2014 Honda CB Shine 125cc motorcycle in India. The only changes made to the popular bike are two new paint options, apart from that the bike remains the same as before.
The Honda CB Shine is powered by a 4-stroke single cylinder air cooled 125-cc engine with 10 BHP of peak power and 10.54 Nm of peak torque which delivers a mileage of 65 KMPL. The engine deluvers power to the rear wheel via a 4-speed transmission. The CB Shine has been a hit with customers thanks to its build quality, its light weight and frugal but smooth engine. The added advantage of having a cheap front-disc-brake variant has also made it a popular choice for customers looking at bikes in this segment.

Shown first at the 2012 Indian Auto Expo, the Honda Cb Shine has been instrumental, along with Honda’s scooter portfolio, for making the company the second biggest two-wheeler manufacturer in India in terms of sales. The 2014 Honda CB Shine gets two new paint options to keep it refreshed in the 125cc commuter motorcycle segment. The new paint options are “Dual Tone Red and Black” and “Pearl Amazing White”. The additional paint options do not affect the price of the bike in any way. The additional paint options include Black, Geny Grey Metallic, and Rebel Red Metallic.
