Despite a thorough upgrade to the exterior and interior, I don’t expect any changes to the powertrain. Hence, it would most likely continue to offer a 1.2-litre turbo petrol direct injection engine which belts out130 hp and 230 Nm (best-in-segment), a 1.2-litre turbo petrol engine which churns out 110 hp and 200 Nm and a 1.5-litre turbo diesel engine producing a healthy 115 hp and 300 Nm of peak power and torque. Even though these engines are currently offered with either a 6-speed manual or an AMT gearbox, there are rumours that the facelift model could offer a torque converter automatic. We shall have to wait to know the exact details.
