2018 Auto Expo will see Maruti Suzuki showcasing a handful of new concepts for their future models. It will also showcase a hybrid vehicle concept along with the launch of the all-new 2018 Maruti Suzuki Swift. Maruti Suzuki at Auto Expo 2018 will boast a pavilion built around the theme of Transformotion and spread over 4200 sq mt. It will have the largest vehicle display with a spectacle of over 18 vehicle models on display in ARENA, NEXA and Motorsports zones.

Global premiere of Concept Future S
After taking leadership in premium segments, Maruti Suzuki is all set to come up with a substantially premium compact car that has been designed in India. This upcoming small car will be previewed through the Concept Future S. Pegged as the showstopper by Maruti for the 2018 Auto Expo, the Concept Future S presents an all “new design language” for “compact cars” in India. Designed in-house by Maruti Suzuki designers, Compact FutureS takes a departure from the current crop of small cars from the company.
“The next level of “design evolution” in terms of design proportions, body sculpting and stimulating fusion of bold patterns and superior accent colors has been achieved through the Concept FutureS”.
India premiere of #Concept e-SURVIVOR
Maruti Suzuki will showcase its first Concept EV, the e-SURVIVOR. It is a design study model for a compact SUV that pays tribute to Suzuki’s 4WD heritage. At Auto Expo 2018, it symbolizes Maruti Suzuki’s commitment to help develop Electric Vehicles in India including local manufacture of components, charging infrastructure and recycling of batteries.
Concept e-SURVIVOR aims to offer an amalgam of the green electric technology and the fun of off-roading. Positioned as a futuristic concept, Concept e-SURVIVOR brings together many new technologies that depict the new and exciting F.A.C.E of Suzuki’s intent for Future Mobility. Showcasing #nextgenHEV technology working model
Maruti Suzuki will showcase a working model of the next generation Suzuki Hybrid system (HEV) that currently powers Suzuki Solio and Suzuki Swift cars manufactured and sold in Japan. High on efficiency and low on emissions, with capability of pure electric drive, this next generation hybrid system offers superior driving performance and acceleration.
In evolving clean solutions for India, Maruti Suzuki will work on a portfolio of xEV technologies to accelerate electrification of powertrains in India. The Suzuki Hybrid system, displayed at the Auto Expo, symbolises a critical part of the clean solution. Hybrid technology can substantially reduce emissions and fuel consumption for the large part of the automobile market not addressed by EVs.
India launch of All New Maruti Swift
Pegged as the most awaited launch of current times, the new Swift will go on sale after the price announcement at the Auto Expo 2018. The the all-new Swift will of course be the high point of Maruti Suzuki at Auto Expo 2018. The all-new Swift carries an evolved design and is based on the 5th generation HEARTECT platform that is lightweight and structurally stronger. The HEARTECT platform brings more strength and rigidity and helps to improve the power to weight ratio, leading to better acceleration performance for a peppy and fun to drive experience and a higher fuel mileage. The all-new Swift will be formally launched at Auto Expo 2018.
